Daniel is a Career Development Fellow in Economics at Queen’s College, Oxford University. His research lies at the intersection of cultural diversity, human capital formation, and income inequality, investigating how societal and ancestral influences shape economic outcomes. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Brown University, where his work explored questions surrounding the cultural foundations of human capital development in Sub-Saharan Africa and the fundamental forces driving income inequality and cultural diversity across societies. Prior to his doctoral studies, he completed a B.A. with Honors in Economics at Stanford University.
