I am an applied micro-economist working on topics in public economics, labour economics and household finance. In my job market paper, I combine evidence from natural experiments with applied theory and innovative survey data to study how uncertainty over future utility and location shapes migrants’ saving choices — and how citizenship legislation can reduce resulting inequality.
