My main research interests are in empirical microeconomics and development economics. My current research estimates spillover effects and strategic interactions using structural network models, with applications including water provision in Tanzania and cash transfers in Kenya.
I am Assistant Director (Economics) at the Global Priorities Institute. I was a Nuffield Postdoctoral Research Fellow from 2017-2021 and retain an affiliation with the department and at Nuffield.
I completed my PhD in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania in May 2017. Before Penn, I completed the M.Sc. in Economics for Development at the University of Oxford.
